An Introduction to Reiki
This class is a basic overview of Reiki. It will discuss the origins of Reiki, energy principles in relation to Reiki, and the tenets of living a Reiki life. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience five minutes of hands-on Reiki healing.

About the event
Reiki is an alternative therapy that uses gentle touch to help the individual relax, enabling the body systems to move into a state of balance and harmony. It is gaining popularity as a standalone alternative therapy or in conjunction with other treatment modalities. This class is a basic overview of Reiki. It will discuss the origins of Reiki, energy principles in relation to Reiki, and the tenets of living a Reiki life. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience five minutes of hands-on Reiki healing.
