Intuitive You - Wisdom from Within

We all have the ability to tap into our intuitive guidance. Perhaps you have experienced and been inspired by an inner knowing or sixth sense. 

In this workshop we will explore various ways in which we receive intuitive messages from our higher self, spirit helpers and the akashic field.  

This half day of discovery will include: practice with mental images, shared messages, mindful meditation, energy exploration, and intuitive games.
