Reiki I & Reiki II Training - on ZOOM

Registration due by June 20 so that we have time to send you class materials.

Reiki I will be from 9:30 am - 4 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2020.

Reiki II will be from 9:30 am - 4 pm on Sunday, June 28, 2020.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that works with our life force energy to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being. Reiki uses gentle touch to help with relaxation to balance the physical, mental and emotional energy systems.

Developed in Japan by Mikao Usui, Reiki enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself and complements traditional medical care and other healing modalities.

Studies show that Reiki helps reduce anxiety, stress, pain and increases physical vitality. It enhances the healing process following illness, injury, surgery or chemotherapy.  Many individuals benefit from regular Reiki treatments as part of their regular self-care routine.

Please note: If there is a significant decline in the spread of the COVID 19 virus, we may be able hold short afternoon practice sessions for Reiki I and II on site at Hermitage Farm Center for Healing for those who are within driving distance of the Rochester area. The on-site sessions would be optional. Students would work in pairs, wearing masks, separated from others in a private room for this practicum. These on-site practice sessions would last no more than two hours. If the virus dictates that further distancing is recommended, and for students who are not in the Rochester area, the entire course will be taught via Zoom and you may practice at home on a friend or family member. When we are able to safely come together in small groups again, everyone is invited to join us for our regular monthly Reiki share which will resume meeting the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at Hermitage Farm.
